Car St165 Gt four 1986 (Number 97 off the line!)

Future plans aka Money pit:
Gearbox needs a freshen up as synchro is going on 4th gear.
Shocks need a freshen up (1 has a leak).
Rust in the bottom of drivers side A pillar. Luckily windscreen is covered on insurance as it has a chip in it too big to be repaired.
When box is off being repaired then will do a cambelt whilst engine is out.
New tyres for my track wheels eventually.

New Brake discs and pads.

Current modifications

Engine:
Completely rebuilt with forged conrods and pistons.
Complete new custom exhaust system. Headers, downpipe ceramic coated, the rest is custom 3” stainless steel.
New induction system. Custom air box, front mount intercooler fitted with associated alloy piping.
New up rated Garrett Turbo fitted.
Extra oil cooler and associated lines fitted.
Larger alloy radiator fitted, with swirl and bleed tanks.
Fuel system upgraded with custom surge tank.

Gearbox:
Later model  St205 gearbox with external transmission cooler fitted.
Custom short shift kit.
Rear differential upgraded to St205 LSD.

Suspension:
Adjustable Tein suspension fitted.
Adjustable upgraded rear sway bar.
All bushes upgraded with urethane.

Brakes:
Upgraded front calipers with rebuilt Brembo calipers.
Upgraded rear calipers with St205 rear brakes.
Upgraded flexible lines with Stainless steel braided lines.
Upgraded Master cylinder.
Adjustable brake bias valve fitted.

Electrical system:
New Ecu.
Wiring redone forward of the firewall including engine loom.
Fuse box relocated.
Battery relocated on custom mounts.
Battery kill switch fitted.

Body:
Front changed to Corona front complete with bonnet, head lights, grille, and indicators.
Custom bonnet louvers.
Full panel and paint, including rust removal, all glass removed and trim repainted.
Front bumper customised with extra ducting holes and associated ducting. 

Interior:
Rear seat removed and replaced with flat floor.
Dash customised and recovered in suede.
